Do I need to fly in Thursday?

The pickup from Glasgow will be at 1 PM on Friday, July 19th. If you choose to fly to the UK and land that morning, you might need to arrange separate transportation to the venue via the Dunskey team. We will not be able to hold the coaches in the event of flight delays or lost baggage that morning. This is why we do encourage you to arrive Thursday, July 18th.

Should I stay in a specific hotel?

You are free to book any hotel or Airbnb that suits your needs. Please note that Friday pickup will still be located at the Grand Central Station at 1 PM.

How will I contact Dunskey?

The Dunskey team will connect with you via email. They will keep track of your personal information, flight details, payments, and other details for the weekend via their portal. Any add-ons such as massages, golf, and taxis will be added to your invoice and paid to them directly. You can use the Wise app to wire money or request a secure payment link for credit card payments. Paying with a credit card does incur a 1% transaction fee. Please check with your bank regarding any other charges for international purchases.
